Teaming with Personalities: Using AI to Uncover Team Dynamic

This project integrates principles of personality psychology into AI agent design to improve team collaboration and social psychology research. It addresses current challenges like lack of interactive tools and issues with data accuracy in social science research. 

Using the PromptPerfect platform, the study simulates work scenarios with AI agents, analyzing task efficiency across different personality combinations. It also explores game development for AI role-playing, providing a new method for understanding and predicting human social behavior without human samples, thus advancing social science research and practice.
